Pages Access 847—876 #11. Print the Patient First Name Last Name Table.

          Apply Numbers 1-11 on pages 872—876 to the Doctors First Name Last Name Table. 

          Print the Doctors First Name Last Name Table.       

 

Pages Access 878—881 #6 “Click Finish.”

           Print the Query. (Refer to pp. 872-876 if needed).

 

Pages Access 884—885, #6 Print the Report.

 

You are creating a Database that will include two tables, a query, and a report. You are submitting a hard copy of each. Some of you will go through this fairly quickly. Some of you will need more time both to complete the lab and in the lab. As we said, for some this can be the most difficult of the labs. Take your time. See me if you need help.                

 

All exercises must be typed and conform to standard database format. These projects are due at the beginning of class on Thursday, April 17, 2007. Each project should be labeled, stapled together, and have your name at the top of the first page.
