The committee reviewed the distribution methods for the Student and
Administration, Faculty, and Staff Questionnaires that are due back
March 3:
Knight—all
distributed
Flanagan—half are distributed
Liston—in process
Newport—in process
The committee reviewed the draft questions for the upcoming interviews of
key administrators:
- Interviewers will have discretionary
freedom in the wording of the questions and conducting the ensuing
discussion.

Interviewers need to state in their initial
comments that the results are confidential and will be incorporated in a
general report.

Interviewees should be encouraged to make
constructive criticism; the report should be based on honest feedback.
- Paul will e-mail general and specific
questions to the committee members. Members not present at today’s
meeting will receive interview assignments by email. Interviews should
be done and summarized and emailed to Paul by March 18.
The
committee members sorted the Student Questionnaires for
distribution to the 21 CCRI department chairs.
The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for March 20, 2003 at 2:00 PM in
Room 2240, Knight campus.
