Photo Upload Form
Use this form to upload your home page photo
You do not need to edit the photo yourself. This form will upload the photo to your images folder and send an e-mail notification to the web manager so that your photo can be edited to fit the space allotted on your home page. After editing, a copy of the photo will be inserted on your home page.
