If you have a computer using the Vista operating system, you will need a special set of CDs. Contact me (kjohnson@ccri.edu) about obtaining them.

 

If you are still having trouble getting SAM to run at home, here is SAM's tech support number:
1-800-648-7450 (Option #4). Hours: Mon – Thurs 8:30 am to 8:00 pm; Fri 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
