1.      Point to the PowerPoint button on the MS Office Toolbar and click. Or, click the Start button, then select Programs / Microsoft PowerPoint.

2.      START ON PAGE PP 1.10 - 1.60

3.      Do In the Lab Project 2 on PP 1.72 – 1.73 (Select Electric Products). Use your own name on the title slide. Print the slides as a handout (4 slides per page) as noted below.

 Another way to Print: Follow these instructions to print the presentation:

·        DO NOT use the Print button on the toolbar

·        Click the FILE menu, then click PRINT

·        In the Print dialog box, click the arrow to pull-down the PRINT WHAT menu. 

·        Select HANDOUTS (4 slides per page). 

·        click OK
