Discussed Treasure Chest Fundraiser
- Monday the 27th thru Thursday the 30th of March
- mix in winning combinations with pre made fake combinations
- mix winning combinations into the fake ones each day, at various
intervals to ensure an equal mix of winning combinations through the
4days and through the day. Will put a few winning combinations into the
mix in the morning and then later through the day so we do not have all
prizes given out first thing each day.
- Joseph has gotten even more prizes for the raffle. Lawrence recognized
him for the amazing job he has done. We all we Joseph for making this
fundraiser a reality. Challenge has been issued for all of us to
contribute to prize pool.
- Sarah has gotten 2 prizes, Jenn B. is working on a round of golf as a
prize and Frank has volunteered to contact Providence Bruins.
- Bob discussed Dallas with us, balance is due March 28th. Total cost to
each student attending Nationals will be $165. If you paid $100 deposit,
then a check for the balance is to be made out to CCRI DECA for $65.
- Bob discussed that even if you are not going to attend BUT have
already made your deposit, you are still obliged to pay your balance.
Transcripts, graduation and so on could be affected by failure to do so.
Not DECA policy, a school policy.
- Harley Davidson fundraiser tix should be in and we should be able to
start selling by months end.

care center children. If you have not signed up and are interested
please see the secrataries at the next meeting.
- poor turnout at the Community Service on Monday- Frank and George were
the only 2 to attend the Rescue Mission. Thank you to them for their
commitment- please do not sign up to read and then disappoint a group of

to the Athletic Director for permission to use baseball and sports
fields for this.
- Tim will talk to other CCRI groups about candy donation or personal
commitments to help keep an eye on or help the kids find eggs.
- planning on 26 kids, want to average 6 eggs per child. We need eggs
and candy. Need 13 bags of eggs and however much candy we can stuff in
them. Goal is to make the children happy. Asking everyone to donate one
bag of wrapped candy, and we need 13 bags of eggs.
- Enthusiasm by those at the meeting in bringing in both eggs and candy
was high. Christmas Tree Shop, Family Dollar suggested shopping for
candy and eggs.
